Khorshed Alam passes away

Md Khorshed Alam, a renowned teacher at Hizla, Muladi and Mehendiganj in Barishal, passed away on October 11 at his Maultala village residence, aged 77.

He left behind his wife, a daughter, three sons, hundreds of students and a host of relatives, says a press release. Alam was the headmaster of Kazirchar High School, Muladi for 30 years.

His qulkhawni will be held on November 20 at his village residence.
