A man is killed and eight people are injured following a head-on collision between two buses at Paltan intersection in Dhaka.
A man was killed and eight people were injured following a head-on collision between two buses at Paltan intersection in Dhaka early today.
The deceased was identified as Mizan Kazi, 45.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Bacchu Miah, sub-inspector of Dhaka Medical College Hospital Police outpost, said that accident took place when a Supravat Paribahan bus collided with another one, leaving Mizan dead on the spot and eight passengers injured.
On information, police recovered the body and seized the buses.
