Three persons were found dead along rail tracks in the capital’s Kuril area since Wednesday evening.

One of the deceased was identified as Al Amin (16), a day labourer, according to police.

Aminul Islam, sub-inspector of Dhaka Railway Police Station, said Al Amin was crushed under an outbound train leaving Dhaka yesterday morning.

He died on the spot, Aminul added.

Meanwhile, the bodies of two unidentified persons, aged 20 and 40, were found in Kuril on Wednesday evening, said the SI.

They may have been hit by a train, and crushed them on the nearby rail tracks

The bodies were sent to Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy yesterday.
