2 bikers killed in road crash on Bangabgandhu Bridge link road

Two motorcyclists were killed in a road accident on Bangabandhu Bridge East link road in Tangail this afternoon.

The accident occurred around 5:00pm at Analiabari area under Kalihati upazila, reports our Tangail correspondent quoting Ashraful Islam, sub-inspector of Bangabandhu Bridge East Police Station.

Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately, he said, adding that the bodies were recovered and a motorcycle was seized from the highway.

Police suspect that unidentified truck might have hit the motorcycle from the behind.
