2 hurt in Pabna crude bomb blast

Two people were hurt when an abandoned crude bomb went off in Ataikula of Pabna today.

The injured -- Mohammad Ali, 50, and Maznu Hossain, 40, -- were rushed to Pabna General Hospital.

The bomb which was dump under the soil exploded when they were cleaning a garden at Deburchar village around noon, our Pabna correspondent reports quoting Golam Rasul, officer-in-charge (OC) of Ataikula Police Station.

The law enforcers were looking into the matter, the OC said.
