Custom officials detained a man with 36 gold bars weighing 4 kilogramme at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka this morning.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of custom's preventive team detained Faisal Hasan, a passenger of Emirates flight EK 582 from Abu Dhabi, soon after the flight landed at the airport around 9:00am, said Shahiduzzam Sarkar, assistant commissioner of customs.
