Bangladeshi in US shoots self after killing wife

A Bangladeshi man shot himself after killing his wife in Phoenix City under Arizona of USA on Sunday night, according to a US-based news portal The Weekly Bangladesh.

The deceased are Abul Ahsan Habib (52) and his wife Soheli Akter Chaina (43). Both hailed from Magura district of Bangladesh.

On Sunday night, Abul Ahsan had an altercation with Soheli Akter, following which the latter sought help calling the 911 emergency service, the report said.

At one point, Abul shot Soheli to death and later shot himself with the same pistol, the report added.
