BNP patronises militancy: Quader

BNP patronises a vested political quarter which is involved in militancy, Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said today.

“We are taking militancy as a political issue. A political ill force is working behind it and BNP patronises the force,” he said, reports Bangla daily Prothom Alo.

He was speaking after placing floral wreath at the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi 32 on the occasion of Father of the Nation’s birth anniversary.

“The main jeopardy impending on Bangladesh is communal evil force. On this day, we take oath to build a secular Bangladesh,” Obaidul Quader said.
