A teacher of anthropology department at Jahangirnagar University (JU) started a sit-in on the university’s central Shaheed Minar premises demanding withdrawal of a vandalism case filed against 56 students.
The JU teacher, Prof Sayeed Ferdous, said he would take his scheduled classes but will take position again as long as the case against the students is not withdrawn.
