Khaleda ‘to appear before court’ tomorrow

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is expected to appear before a Dhaka court tomorrow in connection to 11 cases filed against her.

“She will appear before a Metropolitan Sessions Judge’s Court around 11:00am,” her lawyer Sanaullah Mia told The Daily Star today.

Of the cases, eight cases were filed with Darussalam Police Station, two with Jatrabari Police Station and another is a sedition charge.
