Kid dies falling off house roof

A three-month-old boy died after falling from the rooftop of a house at Babra village in Kaliganj upazila of the district yesterday.

The deceased was identified as Rajon Hossain, son of Mintu Mia of the village.

Officer-in-Charge Anwar Hossain of Kaliganj Police Station said Rajon was playing on the roof of their house in the morning. Accidentally, he fell off the rooftop and sustained severe injuries.

He was rushed to Jessore Medical College Hospital where he died around 2:30pm, said the OC.
