1:00am: Leaders and activists of Gonojagoron Mancha and freedom fighters waiting outside the Dhaka jail cheer after hearing news of the execution of war criminals Mojaheed and SQ Chowdhury.

12:55am: War criminals Mojaheed and SQ Chowdhury have been executed, Inspector General (IG) of Prisons Brig Gen Syed Iftekhar Uddin says.

12:43am: The first dead body will be going to Chittagong escorted by two police vans and two Rab cars, says SP Foyzur Rahman of Lalbagh zone.

12:33am: Four ambulances enter the Dhaka Central Jail.

10:00am: The magistrates of Dhaka district administration enter Dhaka Central Jail to know whether condemned Mojaheed and SQ Chowdhury will seek presidential clemency.
