Mancha for quick execution of SQ Chy

Gonojagoron Mancha today demanded immediate execution of the death penalty pronounced to the BNP leader Salauddin Quader Chowdhury for his crimes against humanity in 1971.

Expressing satisfaction on the verdict, Imran H Sarker, convener of a faction of Gonojagoron Mancha, said that the death sentence has brought an end to the 44-year-long wait of martyred families.

Several hundred youths gathered at Shahbagh intersection around 8:00am hours before the county's apex court upheld the death penalty for the BNP standing committee memer for crimes against community committed during the Liberation War.

Gonojagoron Mancha is a platform that has been demanding death for all war criminals since its inception in February 5, 2013 starting with demands for death of Jamaat-e-Islami laeder Abdul Kader Mollah.
