Missing man found dead

Police yesterday recovered the body of a youth from Beltoil village in Sirajganj's Shahzadpur upazila, after four days of his missing on May 19.

The deceased was Abdur Rahman, 36.

Officer in Charge (OC) of Shahzadpur Police Station Shahed Mahamud Khan said Rahman went out of his house on May 19 and remained missing since then.

Local people spotted Rahman's body at a paddy field of the village yesterday noon and informed the police, who recovered the body and sent it to the hospital morgue for autopsy, the OC added.
