After the Supreme Court upheld death for Jamaat-e-Islami leader Motiur Rahman Nizami, his lawyer says they will go for a review.
After the Supreme Court upheld death for Jamaat-e-Islami leader Motiur Rahman Nizami today, his lawyer said they will decide about the review petition.
Khandker Mahbub Hossain, principal lawyer for Nizami, told reporters: "The decision to file a review is entirely a personal choice of my client. If he gives the go, we will go for review."

After receiving the full text of the verdict, Nizami will be allowed 15 days time to decide on moving a review against the judgment. Otherwise, the state can move for execution.
