Two foreign nationals pushed back from Dhaka airport

Two foreign nationals -- one from the United States and another from Ivory Coast -- who landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) are sent back to their respective countries as they did not have visa.

Two foreign nationals -- one from the United States and another from Ivory Coast -- who landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) earlier today were sent back to their respective countries as they did not have visa.

We sent them back with the same airline, said Group Caption AHM Touhid-ul-Ahsan, director of HSIA.

Earlier on March 15, the government of Bangladesh cancelled on-arrival visas till March 31, he added.
