On Tuesday evening, AR Rahman and his wife, Saira Banu, revealed their decision to part ways after 29 years of marriage. Coincidentally, the same day, Mohini Dey, a long-time bassist who has collaborated with Rahman for years, also announced the dissolution of her marriage. Following media speculation about a connection between the two events, Rahman and Saira’s legal team firmly denied any association.

This year's “Riyadh Season”, organised by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Media, features artistes from nine countries, including Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. The 45-day event, which began on October 12, will conclude on November 30.

Organised by Noor Events, the programme will begin at 6pm, at the Attention Network Auditorium in Dhaka Trade Centre, Karwan Bazar. The artistes of Joler Gaan will perform non-stop for two hours.

Tonight, Blue Brick Communications is hosting an event featuring four iconic bands from the '90s — Nagar Baul, Ark, Miles, and Dalchhut will take the stage, alongside performances by Jon Kabir, Oni Hasan, and Drockstar Shuvo.

A new reality talent show, “The Cage”, aims to elevate the rock band scene in Bangladesh. Launched to provide a platform for emerging rock bands, the competition is designed to showcase undiscovered musical talent from across the country.

“Cultural Fest 2.0,” a national youth talent competition is set to take place on November 15 at the Aloki Convention Centre in Gulshan in the capital. 

This additional concert follows previous shows announced in Mumbai at the DY Patil Sports Stadium on January 18, 19, and 21. This tour marks Coldplay's largest-ever stadium performance in India, expected to host 100,000 fans.
