Prachyanat to stage ‘Khawabnama’ on Friday

The play "Khawabnama", based on Akhtaruzzaman Elias's novel of the same name, will be staged by noted theatre group Prachyanat at the National Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy on Friday at 7 pm.  "Khwabnama" follows a detailed life story of people from the 1940s, against the backdrop of the partition of the country.

"Khwabnama" has been dramatised by Md. Shawkat Hossain Sajib and directed by Kazi Toufikul Islam Emon. Sahana Rahman Sumi, Sakhawat Hosain Rizvi, Monirul Islam Rubel, Chetona Rahman, Shasanka Saha, AKM Itmam, Mitul Rahman, Saim Bin Mujib and others have acted in the play.
