Sallha Khanam Nadia hospitalised
Last night, actress Sallha Khanam Nadia was admitted to the hospital. The news was confirmed after her verified Facebook account shared a post about the situation, attached with a photo of the actress lying on a hospital bed.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. The actress' post read, "Last Night I was admitted to the hospital. For this reason I had to cancel everything I had scheduled for the next couple of days."
The Daily Star reached out to Nadia over the phone to get an update on her current state. The actress shared that she has been suffering from gastro-liver issues, and after her health deteriorated, she had to visit the hospital upon her doctor's suggestion. "The pain was unbearable and the doctor's have now decided to keep me under observation for three more days," shared the actress.
Nadia also mentioned that her schedule was packed with shooting for several projects. However, due to her health deteriorating, the plans have now been hampered. The "Redrum" actress has asked everyone to pray for her.
Apart from working in telefictions and OTT platforms, Nadia will be seen in the Tollywood film, "Sunetra Sundaram", directed by Shiv Ram Sharma.
