White Kashful blooms transform Brahmaputra into living canvas

The Brahmaputra riverbank in Jamalpur has transformed into a breathtaking canvas of white and blue this autumn. The delicate flower, Kashful, sway gently in the breeze, their soft plumes blending with the river shimmering under the sun. Above, the vast sky stretches endlessly, completing a scene of pure serenity.

Every afternoon, crowds of visitors flock to the riverbank in the Fouzderi area of Jamalpur town to take in the view. Some stroll along the sandy stretch, hand in hand, while others pause to pose for photos amid the blooming flowers. Children wander through the fields, picking the soft white blossoms to weave into little bouquets.

At the centre of the field lies a small waterbody, where visitors enjoy short boat rides. Families, groups of friends, and young couples spend hours here—snapping pictures, chatting, or simply soaking in the calm of the riverside. The combination of nature's colors, the gentle river, and the peaceful atmosphere makes the Brahmaputra's Jamalpur bank a perfect spot for relaxation and leisure.
