A 10-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) ward was inaugurated at Tangail General Hospital today for Covid-19 infected critical patients.

A 10-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) ward was inaugurated at Tangail General Hospital today for Covid-19 infected critical patients.
Sanowar Hossain, the lawmaker of Tangail Sadar constituency, inaugurated the ward at the 250-bed hospital, reports our Tangail correspondent.
Dr Ataul Gani, deputy commissioner of Tangail was present, among others, at the inauguration.
"It will take three-four days for the treatment facilities to start at the ICU," Tangail Civil Surgeon Dr Abul Fazal Mohammad Shahabuddin told The Daily Star.
