14 dengue patients hospitalised in 24 hours

At least 14 dengue patients were hospitalised in 24 hours till 8 am today, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

With the new cases, a total of 91 people were diagnosed with dengue during the current month.

A total of 39 dengue patients are still undergoing treatment at hospitals in Dhaka, and 17 outside Dhaka.

According to the DGHS, around 28,429 dengue patients were admitted to hospitals across the country in 2021. The death toll stood at 105 last year.
