2 dengue patients hospitalised in 24 hours

Two dengue patients were hospitalised in 24 hours till 8 am today, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

With the new cases this year, a total of 104 people were diagnosed with dengue during the current month. Of them, 61 are outside Dhaka.

A total of 32 dengue patients are still undergoing treatment at hospitals in Dhaka and 11 outside Dhaka.

According to DGHS, around 28,429 dengue patients were admitted to hospitals across the country in 2021. The death toll stood at 105 last year.
