2 die of dengue fever in 24hrs, cases cross 61,000 mark

At least two dengue patients died while 163 others were hospitalised across the country in 24 hours till this morning.

With these, the total number of deaths rose to 269 while the total number of cases rose to 61,089, of whom 22,563 are from outside Dhaka.

A total of 60,017 patients have already been released following treatment this year.

Meanwhile, around 803 dengue patients are still undergoing treatment, of whom 326 are from outside Dhaka.
