Country sees highest dengue cases of 2023 in last 24hrs

The country recorded the highest dengue cases of the year yesterday with 112 patients being hospitalised in the last 24 hours.

For the first time this year, the number of dengue patients on a single day crossed 100 marks yesterday.

With the new cases, the total number of dengue patients this year rose to 2,134, according to the DGHS.

A total of 13 dengue patients have died so far this year.
