Dengue fever: No deaths, 65 hospitalised in 24hrs

At least 65 patients with dengue fever were admitted to different hospitals across the country in 24 hours till this morning.

With the new cases, the total number of dengue patients rose to 62,321 this year, of whom 23,133 are from outside Dhaka, according to a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

A total of 281 dengue patients have died so far this year.

Meanwhile, at least 61,681 patients have already been released. Of them, 22,836 are from outside Dhaka.

Some 359 dengue patients are still undergoing treatment, of whom 189 are from outside Dhaka.
