Dengue fever: One dies, 3 hospitalised in 24 hours

At least one dengue patient died and three others were hospitalised in the last 24 hours across the country till this morning.

With the new death, the total number of deaths rose to 10 this year, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

With the new cases, the total number of dengue cases rose to 901 this year, of whom 436 are from outside Dhaka.

Some 25 dengue patients are still undergoing treatment in different hospitals. Nine of them are from outside Dhaka.

Meanwhile, at least 866 dengue patients have already been released from hospitals. Of them, 424 are from outside Dhaka.
