Former president of SCBA Khandker Mahbub Hossain on life support

Eminent Jurist and former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Advocate Khandker Mahbbub Hossain, who was infected with Covid-19 is now on life support at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka after his condition deteriorated.

Mahbub (83), also an adviser to BNP chairperson, was admitted to the hospital on August 16 after he tested positive for Covid-19, his junior lawyer Mohammad Shishir Manir told The Daily Star today.

"…his family members sought blessings from all for his quick recovery," he said.
