Weeklong nationwide deworming campaign from March 20

The government will run a weeklong deworming campaign in all primary and secondary schools across the country from Sunday (March 20, 2022).

During the campaign, four crore children -- aged 5-16 -- will be brought under the campaign. Each of the children will get one deworming tablet.

Health Minister Zahid Maleque announced the campaign at a press conference at the health directorate today.
