In a first, Biman to operate Sylhet-Cox’s Bazar flight from Nov 12

Biman Bangladesh Airlines, the national flag carrier, will fly on Sylhet-Cox's Bazar-Sylhet route from November 12.

This is the first time any airline of the country will fly on the route.

"It will take one hour and 17 minutes to fly between Sylhet and Cox's Bazar," Biman Managing Director and CEO Mokabbir Hossain told The Daily Star.

Initially, Biman will operate three weekly flights on this route, he also said.
