Farida Parveen will perform her Lalon hits

With this in view, a musical programme titled Aamar Prothom (My first) will showcase the first songs of five popular artistes. The show will be telecast on ATN Bangla on the third day of Eid.

'It's not the run of the mill production, rather it will evoke nostalgia among the viewers,' said a confident Mukaddem Babu, the director of the programme.

Moreover, it's a programme for the music lovers and the fans of Syed Abdul Hadi, Shammi Akhtar, Farida Parveen, Momtaz and Kumar Bishwajit.

In this 22-minute long programme, Hadi will perform his acclaimed song Chaturi Janena Mor Badhua, while Shammi Akhter will delight the audience with her first track Bhalobashlei Shobar Shathey Ghor Badha Jaina. Farida Parveen will come along with her Lalon hit Milon Hobey Koto Diney and Momtaz will sing Uira Jabey Boner Pakhi. Bishswajit fans will hear the song Ekdin Choley Geley Tumi Je Durey.

Apart from singing, the artistes also reminisce on their first songs and their lyrics, tunes, musicians, instrument artistes. They also go back in time to recall other interesting details such as the time they sang and the day they telecast their first songs.
