Bijori in a Pakistani serial

The viewers will get to see Bijori Barkatullah in a Pakistani serial 30-epiosodeSadai-E Rashmi Rahe. She will act in the seventh episode onwards. The writer of the serial has covered the history from 1954 to 2004 categorised into three parts. Bijori will play a role, which will represent the time period of 1970 to 1974. The shooting of the serial is on in the Dhaka and Manikganj locations. Directed by Rana Sheikh, the technical support for the serial is provided by the Bangladeshi production house Dream Factory. According to Bijori: 'The ordinary people of Pakistan knows almost nothing about the Liberation War of Bangladesh in 1971. A Pakistani group has written the script after conducting a one-year research and data collection on the war and the relationship between Bangladesh and Pakistan, which has attracted me very much. They are informing the people about the brutality of 1971 on the whole Bangali nation.' Bijori has to act and deliver the dialogues in Urdu. She says: 'I am not facing much trouble. The team will come from Pakistan which is very helpful.' Bijori will go to Pakistan in May to shoot her part of the serial, which will be telecast on Pakistani Geo Channel.
