Bishwajit's Smritir Palki launched
The number 25 is significant for Kumar Bishwajit on account of his music career as well as his albums. A few days ago the singer celebrated his 25 years in the music arena. Now his 25th albumSmritir Palkihits the market.
A launching ceremony of the album was held on November 3 at the Grand Azad Hotel. Organised by Close Up, on this auspicious occasion noted music director Shiekh Sadi Khan unwrapped the cover of the album. Popular singer and musician Bappa Majumder and lyricist Zulfiqer Russell spoke at the ceremony.
'I've always tried to be creative all through my music life. And if my songs create a small space in the music lovers' hearts, only then will I consider myself as a successful singer,' said an enthusiastic Kumar Bishwajit. Released by SAREGAMA, Smritir Palki contains 10 songs. After the discussion, the tuneful songs were played for the audience.
