"If music be the food of love then play on," said Shakespeare, though a little uncertain as to which of the two elements he was talking about, namely love or music. Nevertheless, the new little bookstore in Gulshan-2, Words n Pages, actually brought the two together on Valentine's Day, much to the delight of the young and upcoming musicians and the young music lovers as well.

To enhance the beauty of Valentine's Day, Words n Pages, the bookstore which is fast getting to be a popular hang out place, not only amongst bookworms, but also the young crowd out for some coffee and addas with friends, arranged an intimate little gathering. Despite the hartal, a crowd of boys and girls got together at the Café Insomnia, the little coffee parlour at the bookstore and sang along with the musicians.

Popular and upcoming musicians, artistes and writers from various fields like Shakib from Cryptic Fate, Gibran, Imran from The Watson Brothers, Ashraf and Omair from Breach, Faria, Tehzeeb, Tanim and many others got together with guitars and the keys and jammed up all time popular love tunes, to which the crowd tapped their feet to and sang aloud loud.

The audience was seen enjoying doughnuts and cups of coffee and singing along to songs like To be with you by Mr. Big, Two steps behind by Def Lepard, Annie's song by John Denver, With or without you and Pride by u2, More than words by Extreme, Jeremy by Pearl Jam, She will be loved by Maroon 5, Rong by The Watson Brothers, Shada by Breach and many more.
