Children of the Hidden World premiered

Organised by Bangla Choloch-chitro Shangshad, the event was inaugurated by Professor Abdullah Abu Sayeed. Enyatur Rahman, managing director of ntv was the chief guest.

The film brings to light the lives and future of the daughters of sex workers living in the red-light areas in Bangladesh. It also elaborates the whole process that a young girl who is born into brothels goes through to become a sex worker.

Sex workers of Daulatdia and their children have enacted their reality in the film. Two major characters have been donned by Tamalika Karmakar and Mithu. The script of the movie has been written by Proloy Rahman and camera-work has been done by Nehal Qureshi. Rahul Anand has composed the background music of the movie.
