Chittagong hosts theatre festival from April 7

Teerjak, Swabdo Natyacharcha Kendra, Ganayan Natya Sampradaya, Kathak Theatre and Nandimukh will stage Swattandha, Chhayabrita, Ekti Abastab Galpo, Gantabya and Bela Shesher Galpo respectively in the festival, which will be inaugurated by dramatist Rabiul Alam. Professor Shipra Dastidar will be the chief guest while Aktaruzzaman, the assistant general secretary of Bangladesh Group Theatre Federation, will be the special guest in the opening ceremony.
