Delicious achars at Faria’s Delicacy

Her culinary journey started back in 2017 by simply offering 'chaltar achar' in Cookups. And she was utterly surprised by the response — over 100 orders overnight, and by the next day Faria Chowdhury had received 300 orders for her offer! That was the time she realised the untapped market for quality, homemade, hygienic pickles. Right now she has about 14 different items offered regularly at her own Facebook page, Faria's Delicacy.
Beginning last year, Faria has introduced some new variations in her line of products, from sun kissed dried fruit bars, aam shotto, strawberry leathers, and 'boroi shotto'— all of which were big hits! The prices range between Tk 400 and 500 per packet.
After finishing her MBA, Faria opted to be a fulltime mother and decided to manage her Facebook Page, Faria's Delicacy.
"I maintain stringent quality control and make sure that my clients get the same thing my child is eating every day!" said Faria.
"The appreciation I get from my clients is what motivates to continue the business and introduce innovative ideas and variations in this product line," she added.
