DiCaprio, Scorsese get top French awards

French Culture Minister Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres presented the veteran moviemaker with the insignia of Officer of the National Order of the Legion of Honour, and DiCaprio with the insignia of Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters.

Scorsese's latest movie Aviator, a biopic of legendary tycoon Howard Hughes starring DiCaprio as the eccentric millionaire, will be released in France on January 26.
