Discussion on Abbasuddin and Quamrul today

The Fine Arts department of the academy will organise the discussion session on Quamrul Hasan to commemorate the 17th death anniversary of the legendary artist on the ground floor of the training centre of the academy at 4pm. Artists Syed Jahangir, Abu Taher, Syed Lutful Haque and art critic Mainuddin Khaled will speak on the occasion.

This will be followed by the discussion on Abbasuddin Ahmed at the same venue at 5pm. Organised by the Music and Dance department of the academy, the programme will be participated by Professor Mansur Musa, director general of Bangla Academy, and renowned folk singer Indramohon Rajbangshi will speak at the function. A cultural presentation will follow the discussion.
