Drama festival in Chittagong ends

Subhra Biswas in the role of Mrinal in the solo drama Meinaler Chithi.

Mrinaler Chithi, a solo drama based on the short story of Tagore's Strir Patra (wife's letter), was staged on the second day of the festival on Wednesday. Mrinaler Chithi was the fourth production of Kalpurush drama group.

Earlier, noted social scientist--Professor Anupam Sen inaugurated the festival. Director of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mahbubul Alam, Akhtaruzzaman, Mohsin Chowdhury, Ejaz Yousufi and Mahbub Hasan were the special guests.
