Drama show and ghazal night for the flood victims
DU students holds theatre show
MA final year Students of the Department of Dramatics and Music, Dhaka University, stage three shows of their playBehular Bhashanat Naat Mandal in the university premises to raise funds for the flood victims.
Based on different ancient folktales on the myth of Behula, the script is written by Dr Biplab Bala. Directed by Syed Jamil Ahmed, the set design, costume and light are done by Kamaluddin Kabir.
The play will be staged on three evenings starting from today until July 31 at 7pm daily.

Ghazal night
Popular ghazal singer Mesbah holds his solo soiree today at the MBA Club, Banani.
Co-organised by the club, the proceeds from the concert will be given to the welfare of the flood-affected people.
