Five music albums released

At the programme, Aarshee released five albums of popular singers of the country. Three new solo albums released in the ceremony were Momotaz's Palkee, Palash's Ruposhi Kanya and Fuad's Revolution. A mixed album of four singers -- Tutul, Hassan, Pantho Kanai and Biplab -- titled Bhagnagsho was unwrapped in the ceremony. Moreover, Dhrubotara, the first album of Face to Face band was also released.

Rock star SI Tutul, the chairman of Aarshee, said, "Our aim is to create a market for Bangla music in the present stagnant music arena. I believe the audience has thirst for quality music. We will try to maintain the standard, which will be appreciated by the audience. Besides, popular singers and bands we will promote promising young talents."

Queen of folksong Momotaz said, "So far I've released about 650 solo albums. But my latest album Palkee, released by Aarshee, is one of my few solo albums containing standard lyrics and tune."

Eminent singer Subir Nandi said, "I've received an offer from Aarshee to release a solo album composed by SI Tutul. Besides, popular singers of these days, I expect Aarshee to release albums of music exponents such as Abdul Alim, Mahmudun Nabi and others whose songs are now on the verge of extinction."

After the launching programme, a musical soiree was arranged. Singers of the newly released albums rendered songs from the albums at the concert.
