Four aspiring actors makes it to ATN Taroka finals

Subarana Sarkar was asked if she thought she deserved being a finalist, to which she answers, "I have earned this spot through my talent and have been approved by the judges as well as the audience." "It is here at ATN Taroka, that I have realised what real acting is," she adds.

Talking about a change she perceives within herself, Queen says, "I have been through so many ups and downs on the show, and have been in the bottom four, which made me realise that winning or losing is all a matter of luck." There is a burden of responsibility however, towards the audience, she feels; living up to the expectations of the viewers and delivering quality performances is not an easy task.

Subarna Debnath Tumpa
Tumpa, on her journey to becoming one of the four finalists, says, "I still can't believe that I was selected among the best acting talents in the country." Asked about her feelings if she were to be an overnight star, she says, "I haven't really felt the impact, I haven't changed. I don't know what it feels like to be a star."

Laila Ferdous Himel
Talking about her journey, Himel says, "All credit would go to my department, Drama and Dramatics of Jahangirnagar University. My teachers told me that since I possessed a natural gift, I should also have the technical know how, and they motivated me to learn acting. My family has always encouraged me. But above all, I'd like to express my gratitude to the audience, who kept voting for me all through."
