Children display their artistic talent
The Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL) launched an interschool creativity competition, titledSurf Excel Protivar Lorai. This was held at Sultana Kamal Women's Sports Complex at Dhanmondi yesterday.Dirt Is Goodis the main theme of the contest. To bring out the hidden potential of children, the contest continued for over a month in eight cities, Khulna, Jessore, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Sylhet, Comilla, Bogra and Mymensingh. Apart from these events, a mega final will be held in Dhaka.

Each school competed against each other in three different activites, including painting, mud building and face painting.

Twenty-four schools took part in the competition in group-Kaa. Among the participants the Government Laboratory High School was the champion. Gulshan International School was the second and Scholastica School third runners-up. The winning schools received trophies and reference books, while each participant got gifts and certificates.
