ITI THEATRE FESTIVAL

Liakat Ali Lucky, General Secretary of Bangladesh Group Theatre Federation

Liakat Ali Lucky, the director of Loko Natya Dal, praised Shampan Naiya a production by Uttaradhikar. He said, 'I had the opportunity to see the production earlier at Cox's Bazar. Most of the group members are medical college students and are working hard to prove their theatrical talents. Through the play, they have successfully portrayed the lifestyle of the people , who depend on the river Karnaphuli.'

Shankranti put up an impressive show

M. Hamid, Vice-President of Bangladesh Group Theatre Federation

M. Hamid, the president of Natyachakra, appreciated Aronyak's production Shankranti. He said, 'The play centers around an exceptional theme. Mamunur Rashid, one of my favourite playwrights, has successfully portrayed the sufferings of the rural artistes who are oppressed by the feudal lords, for their satirical creative art. The play seems suitable for the slogan of the festival "Celebrating Diversity".'
