On Wednesday last, Theatre (Natok Sharani) observed the 60th birthday of the actor Firoz at the theatre group's office. Celebrated artistes and cultural personalities like Rezaul Ekram Raju, Keramat Meola, Nilufar Banu, Afroza Banu, Liaquat Ali Lucky, Nawajish Ali Khan, Mohan Khan and Mamunur Rashid gave speeches. In his reaction to the birthday celebration, KS Firoz expressed his gratitude to his colleagues.
Acting since 1964 in theatre and television, Firoz considers the viewer's appreciation as his greatest achievement. He is particularly happy with his roles in Pratisruti and Shei Ek Manush. Although he cannot give enough time to theatre, because of his other preoccupations, Firoz believes that theatre is a very powerful media.
