'Nirontor' to be premiered on Channel i

National award winning director Abu Sayeed directs the film. Popular artistes Shabnoor, Ilias Kanchon, Litu Anam, Dolly Zahoor, Jayanto Chattyopadhyay, Amirul Islam, Shahidul Islam Sachchu and others are the major cast members of the film.

The story revolves around Tithi, a sex-worker. Brave, responsible, and witty -- Tithi sacrifices her private life for the sake of her family. Her frustrations, failures, aspirations and love interests are depicted in the film. Characters like Tithi are a part of our world. They are marginalised and do not get their due from society which turns a blind eye to their oppression or Nirontor (continuous) struggle to stay alive. The film attempts to zero in on the lives of these peripheral people.
