Ntv finalises its Eid schedule
Tanveer Mokammel's much discussed feature film Lalon is awaiting its world première on ntv on the second day of Eid. The casting of the film has Raisul Islam Asad in the titular role, Shami Kaiser, Joyanta Chattopadhyay and Azad Abul Kalam.
Dramas to be shown include Ghar Dor Baranda written by Anisul Haque and directed by Mustafa Sarwar Farooki. The cast of the drama includes Aupee Karim, Srabonti, Mahfuz Ahmed, Shahed and others. Among other plays Ahmed Yusuf Saber's Apar Upar starring Zahid Hasan, Mou, Afsana Mimi, Shampa Reza and Tariq Anam and Selim Al Deen's Dhar Udhar features Humayun Faridee, Shahiduzzaman Selim and Sharmin Shila.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Besides, celebrated dramatist Humayun Ahmed has made a three-episode Eid special serial for ntv named Ochin Ragini which will be aired on three consecutive days of Eid.
Among the scheduled telefilms are Ferdous Hasan's Anuraag starring Shimul, Shahed, Richie Solaiman, Intekhab Dinar and others, Shilpi Sarkar Apu and Naresh Bhuyan present Bhalobasa Chhuyey Gele featuring Riaz, Aupee Karim, Tony Daes and Sharmilee Ahmed.
Abdun Nur Tushar is making a magazine programme for ntv to be shown this Eid. Parvez Chowdhury has made a programme on Adnan Sami's interview and music. National award winning music director Maksud Jamil Mintu is planning a musical programme comprising duet-songs by renowned singers of the country. Besides, popular singer of the '80s Shahnaz Rahmatullah will be seen in a solo musical show of Khalid Mahmud Sujon, while Nabin Hossain and Kamruzzaman Babu has made a cine-magazine titled Taray Taray.
Chandrakatha of Humayun Ahmed is scheduled for this Eid too.
