According to the programme's executive producer Parvez Chawdhury, "The show is the first of its kind on any TV channels in Bangladesh. With diverse topics and perspectives, the main objective of the programme is to inform the audience about the regular cultural activities in the city. In other words, this show is a complete guide for the viewers."

Featuring a special topic in each episode, a prominent cultural personality shares his or her ideas on that specific issue. Hosted by Tina Salem Manjur, Farah Sharmin, Masuma Sharmin, Farhana Rahman, Shegufta Farhat, Fahmida Sultana and Shilpi Mahalanobish, the programme is directed by Azhar.

The different segments of the programme are "Itihasher Ei Diney", "Protikriti", "Prothoma Prothom", "Churakahon", "Boipotro", "Probad Probochon", "Alor Ishkul" and "Aj Sharadin".
