Oscar-winner Theron finds new role in Dior fragrance
The 28-year-old, who won the Best Actress Award at the 2004 Oscars for her role in the movie Monster, was chosen by Briton John Galliano, designer of women's haute couture and ready-to-wear at Christian Dior.
The photos and film ads have been done by photographer Nick Knight under Galliano's artistic direction, Christian Dior Parfums said in a written statement. J'adore was launched in Europe in September 1999.

The new advertising campaign, featuring Theron who has lived in the United States for about 10 years, will begin in the press and on television later this year. But she will face competition from another Oscar-winning actress, Nicole Kidman. The latter, the new face of the iconic Chanel No. 5 perfume, will begin her campaign in October.
